Each player may hold only one active luckin33 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
All transactions must use payment methods registered in your name. Third-party payments are prohibited.

One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the luckin33 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or any alias, is strictly prohibited. luckin33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or winnings associated with those accounts.
Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. luckin33 may suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using luckin33 is lawful in your jurisdiction. luckin33 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. Players in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited must not access the Platform.
Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckin33 Login credentials, including your registered phone number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. luckin33 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
Unauthorised Access. You must notify luckin33 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. luckin33 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account prior to notification.
Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all wagers placed, whether or not authorised by you. Failure to secure your login credentials does not release you from liability for account activity.
Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. luckin33 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the prevailing fee schedule, after providing reasonable notice to the registered contact information.

Deposit Requirement. The minimum deposit amount on luckin33 is RM 20 for most payment methods. Deposits via e-wallet (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your luckin33 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via Maybank or CIMB typically clear within 10 minutes but may be subject to your bank's processing times.
Own Funds Only. All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person, nor may you receive deposits from a third party into your luckin33 wallet. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within one to three business hours during operational periods. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
Verification. luckin33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals. This may include a copy of a government-issued identification document. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in a delay or suspension of withdrawal processing.
Currency. All transactions on luckin33 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Crypto deposits in USDT TRC20 are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Eligibility. Promotional offers and bonuses available on luckin33 are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside the respective offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the promotion terms) before a withdrawal including those funds can be processed. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates.
Bonus Abuse. luckin33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk or arbitrage betting patterns to systematically extract bonus value, or participating in coordinated abuse with other players.
Modification of Promotions. luckin33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will generally be afforded the opportunity to complete outstanding wagering requirements under the original terms, subject to luckin33's discretion.
Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes on luckin33 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated under international gaming authority standards. luckin33 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no control over the outcome of any individual game round.
Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game round results may be void. If a round cannot be completed due to a server interruption or connection failure, luckin33 will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-round state. Where this is not possible, wagers placed on the affected round may be refunded at luckin33's discretion.
Sportsbook Bets. Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a reference number is issued, the bet is binding at the odds shown at the time of acceptance. luckin33 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors or where material information affecting the market was not publicly available at the time of bet placement.
Maximum Payouts. Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply on luckin33. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings in excess of applicable maximums may be reduced to the stated limit at luckin33's discretion.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the luckin33 Platform:
luckin33's Right to Suspend. luckin33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where continued account operation would expose luckin33 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Balance Settlement on Closure. Upon account closure, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last used payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures and the absence of outstanding disputes or investigations.
Voluntary Closure. Players who wish to close their luckin33 account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements or open bets may require a brief processing period before closure is finalised.
Self-Exclusion. Players requesting self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will have their account suspended for the requested period. Reinstatement requests made before the exclusion period ends will be subject to a cooling-off period. See Section 9 for further detail.

You are permitted to access Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with playing games and using the services offered by luckin33. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckin33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings or anticipated profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
luckin33's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit luckin33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information held on their account or via a notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the luckin33 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luckin33 is incorporated and licenced to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through luckin33's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence the Platform operates.
For disputes of a financial nature, luckin33 will endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint from the player. Where resolution within this period is not possible, luckin33 will communicate a revised resolution timeline to the complainant.
